Please note the additional stipulations listed below:
All fighters and consorts must be present for the entirety of the tournament.
Second, fighters and consorts both must have submitted a name and device to the College of Heralds,
though it does not need to be passed yet.
Third, the use and presence of banners displaying both fighter and consorts devices for the presentation
of combatants is highly encouraged.
All fighters should make through effort to hide modern garb or armor. Non- intrusive footwear is
acceptable.
Finally, those vying to succeed Their Highnesses must be active in Kingdom affairs, with a minimum of
seven events attended (of which six must be within AEthelmearc) in the past twelve months.
Using this online form is optional. Submitting Letters of Intent by hand or through email is acceptable. This form is equal to any other method of Letter of Intent submittal.
